Flinty reduction with vivid lemon zest on the nose and a palate that attacks you with its brightness. Bone-dry and extremely fresh and zippy for Trebbiano. Lots of lime juice in the end before a pithy finish. 

This wine will pair beautifully with a chicken or veal piccata.  I would love this with a crab cake on a bed of lemon beurre blanc. Clark's has one of the best crab cakes with lemon beurre blanc that I have had in recent memory.  You might notice a recurrent citrus theme in the suggested pairings.  So, you can bet that any food with a fresh citrus note will find happy companionship with this wine.
