Description

Winemaker Maxime Cheurlin Noellat is grandson of Georges Noellat and related to both Emmanuel Rouget and Henri Jayer, so he has impeccable breeding! He learned his winemaking trade chez Emmanuel Rouget and is one of the rising stars of Burgundy. He has been highly acclaimed by many of the world’s top press including Neil Martin, who is one of his biggest fans.

His 2020s have excellent fruit depth and structure and an astounding sense of vineyard typicity from “village” up to Grand Cru quality level.  These are delicious wines; fresh and vibrant, classy and with that hedonistic opulence which makes the best red Burgundies so exciting!
